David Fraser-Hidalgo

David was born in Ecuador and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree From St. Mary’s College in Maryland. David has extensive experience in both the business and non-profit sectors, specializing in Operations, Marketing and Sales. Before launching Anthropocene Solution he was the CEO of tech company and an Area Sales Director for Regus, managing 16 offices and a staff of over 50 employees in Northern Virginia.

David is life long environmentalist and obsessed with energy sustainability and an EV wonk. David currently serves in the Maryland General Assembly.

He is married with two kids and lives in Boyds Maryland, and enjoys running, cycling and most of all spending time with his family.

Shane Robinson

Shane has a Master’s degree in sustainable development and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). He was born in Iran to American parents and has lived, worked, and studied on five continents.

Shane developed a love for mission-driven organizations and sustainability early in life, and later that translated into making organizations work better for themselves and for the planet. He has worked with a vast array of nonprofit and for-profit organizations to make them more successful, and has a track record of building great boards, improving fundraising and governance, cutting expenses and overhead, and ensuring operations are mission-focused .

Shane currently serves in the Maryland General Assembly. He was a biology and Spanish major, worked for the US Forest Service as a wildland firefighter, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Zambia. He is a member of the National Ski Patrol and a PADI scuba instructor. He runs ultra-marathons and enjoys surfing and spending time with his family.

Sean Mullin

Sean Mullin has years of experience working with environmental issues in the Maryland General Assembly. He was born in Delaware, raised in Maryland and New Jersey, and has a degree in history from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Prior to his employment in the Maryland legislature, Sean worked with several non-profits in Baltimore where he focused on data collection and analysis. He reported findings on HIV testing data, and was a team leader to reach conclusions about team work habits and more efficient means of information distribution. Sean conducted research surveys and created, maintained and analyzed complex data sets using excel spreadsheets and other analytic tools. At Anthropocene Solutions, Sean specializes in research and data analysis, and overall client mission support.

Sean has a strong commitment toward clean energy and sustainability. Sean is also a comic book aficionado and recovering stage actor.
